Yet Another Positive Decision!

Our client visited our office desperate and in a state of panic. He asked us to help him, and of course, we help those who are in need.

We took the case of our client and we needed to appeal it from the Finnish Immigration Service to the Administrative Court. At the same time, we proceeded to apply for a new residence permit based on employment grounds.

The appeal to the Administrative Court kept our client in the country, the new residence permit application allowed us to search alternative solution to his matter. This is a typical approach to the matter, it might sound easy, however, it is everything but easy.

It is another challenging process where we have to make sure that the appeal is filed on time and that the new residence permit application fulfils all the requirements. Once we make sure that everything is great we proceed to follow up both administrative and legal processes.

Usually, the new residence permit application is the one that comes positive,  like in this case, however, in the case we had before the appeal returned first and the stay was continuous.  

Now we would like to congratulate our client for obtaining type A four year-residence permit!
