New positive decision!

After three failed attempts, our client decided to come to our office and ask us to apply for a residence permit based on employment grounds on his behalf. At first, we were confused as to why the negative decisions were issued before. Eventually, it all came down to the communication between the employer and the TE-office. In this case, we understand how to bring everybody to the same page and to assist all of the parties in this procedure.

We undertook the case and started the entire application on the 24 of February. On the 25 of February, the client went to identify himself the the Finnish Immigration Service. By the 5th of March, which is 9 Days later, we received a positive decision for the one-year-long residence permit. Currently, we are working on bringing the client’s family close to him, so they can live a happy family life together while being productive in the Finnish community. Finland requires workers which is why Immigrants are the perfect missing puzzle to create the whole picture.

We are happy that our client trusted us with their case.
