More positive decisions!

This time our client visited our office after he got a partial-negative decision from the Te-Office while his residence permit based on employment grounds was still in process.

We understood the situation and asked our client for cooperation. We needed him to request t from his employer a few key documents.

Once we received the documents, we began drafting the statement, in which we thoroughly described our client’s current situation to the Finnish Immigration Service and asked them to return the case to the Te-Office for revaluation. 

It took only one day to turn the negative decision from the Te-Office into a positive one and make the residence permit issuance happen.

Congratulations to our client for obtaining a one-year residence permit type A, and being an active member of the Finnish working community.
