Cancellation Of Residence Permit Avoided!

This time our client came to us after having a permanent residence permit on his hand and receiving a cancellation letter request from the Finnish Immigration Service.

The grounds were interesting since the main reason for the cancellation were suspicions which arose around the transactions that have occurred prior to him receiving the permanent residence permit.

After a serie of three Additional Information Requests and an extensive explanation from us, we managed to keep the permanent residence permit of our client by the decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.
