Entire Family Receive Residence Permit!

Despite having a valid 4-year residence permit in the past, the client faced a negative decision when applying for a permanent residence permit. However, since his previous residence permit was still valid at the time, he made a second attempt and chose our office to represent him and apply for the residence permit on his behalf.

Alongside the negative decision on his permanent residency application, the client’s family also applied for a renewal of their residence permits. Unfortunately, they received negative decisions too, mainly due to insufficient explanation or documentation regarding their financial situation.

We took on the responsibility of handling the appeal for the wife and children’s case in the Administrative Court. We submitted new applications for a residence permit based on family ties, along with a new permanent residence permit application. So far, the wife and child have received a positive decision, and the husband has been granted a positive decision on his permanent residence permit application. 

Furthermore, we managed to postpone the deportation order for the client’s family while lodging the entire residence permit application process of the entire family.
