Another Positive Decision Issued Within Few Hours!

This time our client has applied for extension residence permit based on employment grounds and is hoping to receive a positive decision for four years. When he received additional information request from the Finnish Immigration Service “Rejoinder to Recommendation of Deportation”, he immediately contacted our office. 

At this point we have to mention that when the Finnish Immigration Service sends you the above-mentioned additional request, chances are that you are about to receive a negative decision, for various reasons that we are clarifying during the first consultation session in our office. 

We understood what was the reason our client was about to receive a negative decision (negative decision from the TE-Office) and we attended to the matter immediately. It’s important to mention that we responded to the request on Thursday at 23:53, and receive a positive decision the next day, which means that the TE-Office and Finnish Immigration Service accepted our correction in few hours!
