Another Positive Decision!

This time our client and his wife came to our office seeking assistance after getting a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.

It was a very complicated and challenging case as our client from Israel is a shareholder at the firm which is in its very beginning and didn’t have time to grow properly in Finland.

We appealed the case to the Administrative Court and started on the new residence permit application.
Despite the fact, that we have faced obstacles in receiving all of the necessary documents from the company’s accountant, we have collected and formed the documents so they satisfy the guidelines of the Finnish Immigration Service. We followed the case and responded to every additional information request.

After three weeks our client has received a partial-positive decision from the Ely-Keskus followed up by a Final positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service!

Congratulations to our client on receiving a one-year residence permit type “A” based on entrepreneurial grounds!

Now we are waiting for his wife to receive a similar decision.

We are happy that our client trusted us in this case. We wish other clients facing the same or similar situation – of having already issues with negative decisions and needing to appeal the case to the Administrative Court and those who never had issues but started the process from the beginning – to contact us with expectations to receive similar results. We always strive to provide the best services to our clients!

Our office will continue providing legal and/or administrative services with diligence and empathy, as immigration matters can significantly impact people’s lives. If you are facing legal issues, do not hesitate to contact us!

We have also expanded our practice into other legal fields, such as Labor Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Law, and more.
