Another Positive Decision!

Our client came to us after receiving a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service regarding a residence permit application. The situation was critical, as the decision could have led to removal from Finland without further legal action.

We immediately took steps to protect the client’s rights. First, we appealed the negative decision to the Administrative Court, ensuring that the deportation process would be halted while the case was under review. At the same time, we prepared and submitted a new residence permit application based on employment grounds.

This new application was carefully structured, supported with the necessary documentation, and aligned with the requirements for a residence permit based on employment grounds. We demonstrated that the client had secured employment in a recognized sector and met the financial and legal conditions for residence permit.

As a result of this two-pronged strategy, the Finnish Immigration Service issued a positive decision. The client was granted a type A residence permit valid for four years, with the right to work in the restaurant and catering sector as well as in other officially recognized labor shortage fields.

If you have received an additional information request or are worried about a negative decision, contact our office. We will carefully evaluate your case and help you find the best path forward to secure your stay in Finland.

Our office will continue providing high-quality legal and administrative services, understanding that immigration matters can significantly impact lives and futures. If you’re facing challenges with your residence permit, do not hesitate to reach out to us for professional assistance.
