Another Positive Decision!

Our client came to us after receiving a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service regarding the renewal of his residence permit. The rejection was based on the grounds of insufficient working hours, which did not meet the requirement for a renewal of the residence permit based on employment grounds.
Understanding the urgency of the situation and the risk of deportation, we took immediate action. First, we appealed the decision to the Administrative Court to help our client stay in Finland during the process. Simultaneously, we began preparing a new residence permit application based on employment.
Our team carefully reviewed all the documentation and made sure that the new application fully followed the requirements set by the Finnish Immigration Service. We worked closely with the client and his employer to compile detailed records of employment, job description, salary, and working hours, ensuring full compliance with Finnish immigration regulations.
During the process, we maintained close communication with the authorities and followed every stage of the application from start to finish. Our goal was not only to challenge the negative decision but to establish a strong and sustainable legal basis for our client’s stay in Finland.
As a result of our careful work and full commitment to the case, the Finnish Immigration Service granted our client a new residence permit (Type A) valid for four years, based on employment in the welding and gas cutting sector.
We are proud to have helped our clients achieve this positive result and grateful for their trust in our expertise. If you are facing a negative immigration decision, we encourage you to reach out to us.
Our office will continue providing high-quality legal and administrative services, understanding that immigration matters can significantly impact lives and futures. If you’re facing challenges with your residence permit, do not hesitate to reach out to us for professional assistance.
