Another positive decision!

This time our client came to our office after he received a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service regarding his permanent residence permit application.

After receiving the negative decision we went through the case, understood the situation, and proceeded to our first step. As the client had a criminal background we tried to find a good solution while appealing the case to the Administrative Court.

As we work as a team our Senior Lawyer took care of the criminal side of the case, and convinced the officials that there were no grounds for the allegations. We sent the police decision with the statement to the Administrative Court to return the case to the Finnish Immigration Service for revaluation.
