Another impossible case finding the solution!

Our office was approached by our client and his family who urgently sought our assistance in appealing the unfavorable decision made by the Administrative Court.

In 2014, the family fled their home country due to political persecution and sought international protection in Sweden. Despite enduring torture and inhumane treatment in their home country and having children born in Sweden, our client and his family received a negative decision from the Swedish Migration Agency. Our client made multiple applications for a residence permit based on employment grounds, but each time the decision was negative.

Due to improper processing of their asylum applications by Swedish authorities, the family made the decision to relocate to Finland, where our client’s siblings resided.

Upon their arrival in Finland, the family applied for asylum and subsequently applied for a residence permit based on employment grounds and family ties. However, the Finnish Immigration Service, taking into consideration the family’s previous asylum application in Sweden, issued a negative decision and intended to send the family back to Sweden, along with imposing an entry ban on all family members.

In response, we chose to appeal the case to the Administrative Court, which ultimately ruled in favor of annulling the entry ban imposed on our client and his family.

Furthermore, the Finnish Immigration Service has granted a residence permit to each member of the family.

We ask those who find themselves in need of such services to contact us, receive consultation on their case and allow us to represent their best interest.

We have expanded our operation to other legal fields, such as Employment Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Law and more.
