Another extended residence permit issued on basis of employment grounds!

Our client approached our office seeking assistance with her extended residence permit application after having faced a challenging situation when she received a partial negative decision from TE-Office.

The reason behind this unfortunate outcome was the insufficient number of working hours stated in her current employment contract. Naturally, we couldn’t let this matter go unresolved and immediately assumed responsibility for the case.

With a determination to rectify the situation, we promptly requested that TE-Office reconsider their decision. Our reasoning for this request was compelling – our client had managed to secure a new employment contract with a different company operating in the cleaning industry. This new opportunity not only showcased her dedication and work ethic but also enabled her to meet the required working hours for TE-Office’s partial positive decision and, importantly, to gain approval from the Finnish Immigration Service for her extended residence permit.

Taking the reins of the case, we presented these compelling factors to TE-Office, emphasizing how the combination of her new employment contract and the fulfillment of working hour requirements made her more than eligible for a positive decision on both fronts.

We are very happy that our client has been granted her extended residence permit, and we are even more thrilled to re-confirm the integrity and virtue that surrounds our law office for those who will be seeking assistance in similar cases in the future.

We ask those who find themselves in need of such services to contact us, receive consultation on their case and allow us to represent their best interest.

We have expanded our operation to other legal fields, such as Employment Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Law and more.
