Another Challenging Case!

This time our client came to our office seeking our assistance for the renewal of her residence permit based on employment grounds. She had three months before her current residence permit expired and asked us to handle the entire process on her behalf.

Since her employer wasn’t able to pay taxes on time our client received a negative decision, despite how much we argued. 

We managed to negotiate and make a payment plan for the employer. Additionally, the TE-Office requested extra documents (payslips) and more information regarding the inconsistency of payment. We followed up with all the questions and provided all the necessary information to the authorities.

It was a hard case to win but we love challenges, it took only three days after we sent the response to receive a positive decision for four years type “A”. Congratulations to our client!
