And yet Another Positive Decision!

This time our client has reached us with a negative decision received for a residence permit application based on Employment grounds while he was employed at Mc. Donald´s.

One needs to note that Mc. Donald’s job positions are not in demand in accordance with Uusimaa Center for Business, Transport and the Environment’s regional orientation of foreign on the use of labor force, meaning that people who are applying for residence permit while being employed at Mc. Donald´s, usually does not get partial positive decisions necessarily to get the final positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service. Our client applied for a residence permit based on employment grounds after he applied for secondary protection when coming from Ukraine and received a negative decision, which created additional pressure due to limited time reaction.

It is at this point that our office decided to assist him with the residence permit application from the beginning till the end and guide him through the entire process. We applied on his behalf for the residence permit, followed up, and responded to each additional request sent from TE-Office and Finnish Immigration Service.

Finally, today, after 3 months of processing our client has received a residence permit for one year! This is his first residence permit in Finland. Welcome to this wonderful country, people like you are needed!
