And Another Positive Decision!

This time our client visited our office after receiving an additional information request from the Finnish Immigration Service on his application for a residence permit based on employment grounds.

Undersanding the situation, we took the first step of contacting the TE-Office and enquiring about the decision token, we were Informed that the partial decision from the TE-Office was negative because the employer didn´t answer the additional request from the TE-Office.

Having this information we had to react fast, we contacted the employer requesting him to provide us with all the necessary documents and prove that the company can provide our client a salary which secures his sulfation means of support, after that we contacted the Finnish Immigration Service requesting from them to send back the case to TE-Office for revaluation.

After a short period, our client received a partial positive decision from the TE-Office and a final positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.

Congratulations to our client for receiving a one-year residence permit type “A” based on employment grounds.

We are happy that our client trusted us in this case. We wish other clients facing the same or similar situation – of having already issues with negative decisions and needing to appeal the case to the Administrative Court and those who never had issues but started the process from the beginning – to contact us with expectations to receive similar results. We always strive to provide the best services to our clients!
