And Another Positive Decision!

This time, our client came to our office with a negative decision on his residence permit application, accompanied by a two-years ban from the Finnish Immigration Service, which pertained to his residence permit based on family ties.

Upon reviewing the entire case, we filed an appeal to the administrative court. However, the administrative court did not issue a preliminary positive decision, resulting in our client being required to leave Finland and return to his home country.

We remained committed to our client’s case, launching a new residence permit application based on family ties and simultaneously applying to revoke the entry ban while our client was in his home country. This illustrates the importance of relying on professionals to manage your case meticulously, preventing mistakes that could lead to a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.

In less than nine months, our client received a positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service and was granted a one-year residence permit based on family ties type “A”. Despite the initial entry ban, we diligently followed up on the entire case.
