And Another Positive Decision!

This time our client visited our office after understanding that his employer doesn’t want to cooperate regarding the additional information request from TE-Office while renewing his residence permit based on employment grounds.

Following up with the entire case, we had to apply for an extended residence permit for our client based on employment grounds and to make sure that all the documents and the information provided respected the TE-Office and the Finnish Immigration Service requirements.

After a few weeks, the employer got an additional information request from the TE-Office enquiring about the tax situation of the company, and as expected he didn’t reply. We had to react fast, so we contacted him and explained the importance of replying to the TE-Office by providing the tax debt certificate that showed that all the taxes for the company had been paid and that there were no grounds for granting a negative partial decision to our client.

After two weeks and a half only, our client got a preliminary positive decision from the TE-Office and a final positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.
