And Another Positive Decision!

This time our client came to our office seeking help after receiving a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service on his first residence permit application based on employment grounds.

The key to success in this case is understanding and considering all the details. It turned out that the employer didn’t respond to the additional information request from the TE-Office.

Receiving a negative decision for the first time might negatively affect your upcoming decision that’s why we had to react fast, we appealed the negative decision to the Administrative Court to keep our client in the country and at the same time applied for a new residence permit based on employment grounds. We made sure that this time all the information and the documents provided respected the TE-Office and the Finnish Immigration Service requirements. Our office followed the entire process.

For the second time, the employer refused to provide the document and the information requested from TE-Office. This is why we had to interfere and explain to the employer that the law obliges him to share the requested information with the authorities to allow them to consider all the aspects to make their final decision.

After Receiving all the information our client received a partial positive decision from TE-Office and a final positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.
