And Another Positive Decision!

This time our client visited our office after receiving several negative decisions based on his asylum and other different grounds over the past few years from the Finnish Immigration Service and a ban from Switzerland and Finland.

Understanding the situation, we had to react fast so we appealed the negative decision to the Administrative Court first, and at the same time, we had to remove the entry ban from Switzerland.
After a few months, we received a positive decision from the Swiss authorities regarding removing the entry ban from the Schengen area.

After this, we decided to find an alternative solution to apply for a new residence permit so we suggested the employment grounds to our client, and he welcomed the idea after understanding the benefit of this ground.

We applied for a new residence permit application based on employment grounds and at the same time we had to make an application to revoke the prohibition of entry from Finland. We made sure that all the documents and the information provided respected the TE-Office and the Finnish Immigration Service Requirements, we followed it up and supervised that the employer responded to the additional information request sent by the TE-Office on time.

After two months only the Administrative Court decided to return the case to the Finnish Immigration Service for revaluation and after a few hours only our client got a positive decision.

Congratulations to our client for receiving a one-year residence permit type “A”, and becoming an active member of the Finnish society.
