And Another Positive Decision!

This time is a different situation because our client visited our office after receiving a cancellation letter of her residence permit from the Finnish Immigration Service.

In the state of panic from the client, we had to understand the entire situation and the reason for the cancellation.

It turned out that our client had a previous residence permit based on employment grounds – In the car manufacturing field – but unfortunately, her health condition didn’t allow her to continue cooperating in the same field, so she had to change her work.

After one year the Finnish Immigration Service decided to cancel her residence permit.

Understanding the situation, we had to find a fast alternative solution, that is why we had to accept the cancellation of the previous residence permit and apply at the same time for a new residence permit based on employment grounds but this time with the new employment contract in the new field that our client is working in.

This time we make sure that all the information and the documents provided to the Finnish Immigration Service are updated and respect the TE-Office and the Finnish Immigration Service requirements.

After three weeks only our client received a partial positive decision from the TE-Office and the final Positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.

Congratulations to our client for receiving a four-year residence permit type “A” without having intercepted the state in Finland.
