A permanent residence permit has been granted!

Our client visited our office seeking assistance with his permanent residence permit application as he received a negative decision from Finnish Immigration Service. The situation surrounding his permanent residence permit application was highly complex as there were individuals close to him who intentionally submitted false information about him to the Finnish Immigration Service, sabotaging his case. 

While it was a challenging case, it was not impossible. Our office accepted the task of clearing our client’s name and clarifying his intentions to the Finnish Authorities. Our objective was to present compelling arguments that would support his eligibility for a permanent residence permit.

We decided to appeal this decision to the Finnish Administrative Court. Fortunately, the court ruled in our favour and decided to send the case back to the Finnish Immigration Service for a re-evaluation. As a result, our client was eventually granted the permanent residence permit he sought.

Through perseverance and strategic legal action, we were able to navigate the complexities of this case and secure a positive outcome for our client. It serves as a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team in handling intricate immigration matters.
