My name is Sofya Ivanova and I have recently graduated as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia UAS. My journey at Appeals & Cases started in 2025 and I am thrilled and honored to add my professional input to the business as well as help us to provide exceptional services to our clients.

As an Office Assistant my job is to take care of our clients and make sure that the client-lawyer cooperation is effective. My tasks also include running day-to-day office operations and make our team’s work seamless.
