We successfully assisted our client in obtaining a residence permit from the Finnish Immigration Service, based on family ties as the spouse of a Finnish citizen. The residence permit, classified as Type A, is valid from 4.1.2024 to 4.1.2026, and grants unrestricted employment rights during this period, in accordance with the Finnish Aliens Act.
