Another Positive Decision!

We successfully secured our client’s residence permit after navigating an exceptionally challenging situation that initially resulted in a negative decision for the entire family, including their two children. This decision not only denied their applications but also included a deportation order, making the entire process far more difficult due to the time sensitivity. Failure to secure the next residence permit could have led to the enforcement of the deportation order.

Facing this critical situation, we immediately appealed to the Administrative Court, which bought us necessary time to strengthen our case. While the appeal was in process, we submitted a new residence permit application based on family ties, meticulously addressing every aspect of their situation. The husband’s ability to secure a stable means of support during this period was key, and the additional time gained through the appeal allowed us to solidify this aspect of the application.

Despite the immense pressure and the complexities involved, our strategic approach and thorough preparation led to a successful outcome. Our client was granted a residence permit type ‘A’ valid for four years, with unrestricted work rights, allowing the entire family to remain together in Finland.

This result was achieved by working closely with the Finnish Immigration Service, addressing every concern, and ensuring all legal requirements were met. Our persistence not only reversed the initial negative decision but also overcame the significant challenge posed by the deportation order.

If you’re dealing with a negative decision that includes a deportation order, or if you’re facing time-sensitive issues with your residence permit application, we’re here to help. Let us guide you through the appeals process and new applications with the same dedication and expertise that led to this successful result, ensuring your family’s future in Finland.

We are happy that our client trusted us in this case. We wish other clients facing the same or similar situation – of having already issues with negative decisions and needing to appeal the case to the Administrative Court and those who never had issues but started the process from the beginning – to contact us with expectations to receive similar results. We always strive to provide the best services to our clients!

Our office will continue providing legal and/or administrative services with diligence and empathy, as immigration matters can significantly impact people’s lives. If you are facing legal issues, do not hesitate to contact us.
