A new positive decision for the whole family!

Our client recently visited our office regarding the ongoing residence permit applications for his family members. The Finnish Immigration Service had requested additional information, including opinions on the potential deportation of his family members.

Our client, an entrepreneur in the taxi industry, sponsors his entire family, which includes three children, one of whom resides abroad, and one child living abroad. The Finnish Immigration Service sought clarification on the family’s income, housing debts, and the child’s opinion on moving to Finland.

After thoroughly understanding the situation, we promptly drafted a detailed additional information request. We prepared all necessary documentation to support our client’s case. Within a week of submitting our response, our client received positive news: his family was granted residence permits based on family ties.
