Another Unexpected Positive Decision!

This time our client reached us right after he received a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service on his new residence permit based on entrepreneurial grounds.

Receiving a negative decision on the first residence permit application means that a deportation order is issued automatically and is not postponed from the preliminary decision of the Administrative Court when the decision is appealed to the Administrative Court.

Understanding the whole situation we had a small window of thirty days to process the case and lodge a new residence permit application based on entrepreneurial ground, make sure that all the documents were correct and in place, and guide the entire process from the beginning till the end. During this process, the police contacted our client to deport him from Finland.

We are happy to announce that within these thirty days, a positive decision has been made which annulled the deportation order.

This is the first residence permit based on entrepreneurial grounds for a client who has two businesses: a Pizzeria and a restaurant. We hope that his business income and profitability will be sufficient to renew the residence permit and avoid having any issues with Ely-Keskus. 

Currently, we are handling his family’s residence permit and looking forward to the decision to be made as fast as possible.
