And Another Positive Decision Within Two Working Days!

Our client has received a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service due to the partial negative decision the TE-Office has made in her previous extended residence permit application.
The matter was only twenty hours short, so the previous negative decision from the TE-Office was due to having twenty hours less than was needed to be qualified to receive the partial positive decision from the TE-Office and the final positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.

After receiving the negative decision we went through the case, understood the situation, appealed the matter to the Administrative Court, and applied for a new residence permit based on employment grounds after all of the documents were ready.

We are happy to announce that our client has received a new residence permit based on employment grounds within the two days that we applied for the extended residence permit based on employment grounds!
