And Another Positive Decision!

This time our client came to our office seeking assistance with the new residence permit application.

His previous residence permit was based on employment grounds as he was employed in Posti. Due to his life circumstances, he had to work additionally as a taxi driver and to do his Finnish language courses. Our client’s previous residence permit gave him a limited market without the possibility of getting better work.

As a solution to his problem, we suggested he get a new residence permit based on the family ties, as his wife and children live in Finland. To do that, we had to cancel his previous residence permit. After taking into consideration our advice, we applied for a new residence permit for him based on family ties that would allow him to have unlimited access to the open market of Finland.

After four months of waiting time, we want to congratulate our client on receiving a new four years type “A” residence permit based on family ties!
