Another positive decision!

This time we are proud to share the journey of our client from Bangladesh, who approached us seeking assistance after receiving a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service on his request for secondary protection after coming from Ukraine.

We understood the situation. We had to appeal the case to the Administrative Court to keep our client in the country and at the same time we tried to find an alternative solution to fix the entire situation. That is why we have offered our client to apply on the other ground, the most suitable one for our client was the employment ground.

So at the same time, we applied for a new residence permit based on employment grounds and followed it up making sure that all the documents and the information provided respect the Te-office requirements.

Congratulations to our client for obtaining a one-year residence permit type A and becoming an active member of the Finnish working community.
