And Another Decision Within One Week!

This time our client came to our office with a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service. Although he had a full-time employment contract, the salary that he was receiving was not sufficient enough for the means of support according to TE- Office guidelines. It is the reason why the TE-Office has issued a preliminary negative decision and the Finnish Immigration Service approved it by issuing a Final negative decision.

We understood the situation. We had to appeal the case to the Administrative Court and at the same time apply for a new residence permit based on employment grounds and follow it up making sure that all the documents and the information provided respect the Te-office requirements.

It took only one week to receive the preliminary positive decision from TE-Office and the final positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service. Congratulations to our client for receiving four years of residence permit type A and being an active member of the Finnish working community.
