And another Positive Decision!

This time our client visited our office from the beginning to start a residence permit application with our firm, he went to our website, saw the positive decisions and understood that she has a better chance of leaving the first residence permit application up to the professionals.

Arguably, a few would say that a residence permit application can be done by any applicant because it is easy for the steps to be followed, and to those we answer that recently we had a law professor of a famous university contacting us and arguing that with her 20 years of experience in a field she though that the Immigration law is easy to follow, however she was not only mistaken but surprised how complex the process of simple residence permit is in Finland.

We started the residence permit application on behalf of our client and made sure that her employment contract, terms of employment and other documents were fulfilling all the requirements. We applied for the residence permit and followed up on the case to make sure that the employer was responding on time and correctly to the questions given by Te-office. 

Within 21 days, the client has received a positive decision. We are happy that our client chose us to begin the residence permit application process and that she stayed in Finland.  We are even happier that we managed to make it in under one month.
