Another Positive Decision in Only One Day!

Our client received a negative decision from the Finnish Immigration Service. We received his case on Friday, 2nd of February 2024, and we were preparing to appeal the case to the Administrative Court and at the same time to apply for a new residence permit.

We focused on fulfilling all the requirements of the case and assisting our client in such a degree, that we practically received a residence permit in one day which made it unnecessary to file the appeal within 30 days.

Our client received a positive decision from TE-Office and Finnish Immigration Service in one day after identifying himself on Monday, 5th February 2024 at the Finnish Immigration Point.
