Another positive decision.

We successfully assisted a client in obtaining a one year residence permit in Finland through an application based on employment grounds after he had problems with his previous application for secondary protection.

The client arrived in Finland from Ukraine and initially applied for secondary protection. Being originally from Pakistan, he thought he would receive a negative decision on secondary protection, even though he thought he was entitled to it. In response to the negative decision on secondary protection, we filed an appeal to the administrative court to challenge the decision, which allowed the client to remain in Finland while awaiting the outcome. While the appeal was pending, we submitted a new application for a one-year residence permit based on employment reasons. The client received a partial positive decision on the employment-based residence permit application. Subsequently, the secondary protection appeal was dropped. The client is now granted a one-year residence permit based on employment.

This positive decision also serves as an invitation for other people, who may be facing similar immigration challenges to reach out to us for assistance. This can be a valuable resource for individuals navigating complex immigration procedures, and our success story is a testament to our expertise in this area.

Helping individuals on their immigration needs is a noble endeavor, and our commitment to meeting our client’s expectations and achieving a positive result is something to be proud of. It’s important to continue providing our services with diligence and empathy, as immigration matters can have a significant impact on people’s lives.

We have also expanded our practice into other legal are such as Labor Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family Law, etc.

Expanding into these areas can be challenging, as each one has its own set of rules and regulations. It’s important to have lawyers with expertise in each of these areas or to seek additional training if it is necessary. Building a diverse practice can make our firm more versatile and appealing to clients who require assistance in multiple legal areas.
