More extended residence permits issued on basis of employment grounds!

Upon approaching our office, our clients sought our assistance with their extended residence permit application after having faced a challenging situation when their residence permits got canceled by the Finnish Immigration Service. 

Naturally, we couldn’t let this matter go unresolved and immediately assumed responsibility for the case. With a determination to rectify the situation, we appealed the cancelation of the residence permits to the Administrative Court. 

After that, we proceeded to initiate new applications for extended residence permits on behalf of our clients, leading to a partially positive decision from the TE-Office and eventually leading to a positive decision from the Finnish Immigration Service.
