Another Positive Decision!

This time our client reached us after having tried everything for the past almost 8 years and repeatedly being refused by the Finnish Immigration Service, Administrative Court and Supreme Administrative Court, before he was eventually deported and asked for our assistance.

 

At the time we received the case of our client, he had 2 years ban from Schengen Area, with negative decisions counting since 2015 and a criminal offence since 2020 which our client was found guilty.

As of today, our client has received his first residence permit on the basis of employment grounds, his ban was removed and a chance for a better life was offered to him through the decision made by the Finnish Immigration Service!
